Hi there July 5, 2012 at 4:17 pm

Hi there,

I am so exciting when I found this website. I have a quick question.
what shall I do if my agent did an inspection without any early notice? and what’s worse, when he arrived, he just come inside without pressing bell. After inspection, no one made any apology or explanation.
I just wonder what kind of law is involved? and what kind of organization can help me?

Thank you very much.

Hi Janine,

By law the agent has to give you at least a 24-hour notice (in VIC) in writing before they are allowed to come for an inspection.

Hey there 🙂

How are you doing? I saw some guest bloggers in your website and thought that maybe I can contribute too, if you will allow me. Will you be interested in a topic about “Do It Yourself Home Styling”?

I read your article about how to buy furniture for a small apartment. I really find it helpful not just for me but for homeowners who have just settled in their new place. It really helps a lot when you give tips on how they can maximize their space while still enhancing its overall look and feel. It inspires me. I’m an aspiring interior designer 🙂

I look forward to hearing from you.

My name is Gillian Johnson; I own a real estate business in London. Fortunately for me my passion and my business coincide. Writing is one of the thing that has always been a passion of mine. I have also ghost written a number of articles and have been featured in a number reputed journals.

I am keen to feature a guest post on your blog as it would do wonders for my portfolio. I realized it was time I stopped ghost-writing for others and built an online reputation for myself. Here are a few ideas that I feel will blend in perfectly with the flavor of your website:

Topic: Key Areas to Pay Attention to When Buying a Brand New Home
Summary: Advice for people who are buying a brand new home, such as looking what optional extras the developer is offering e.g. carpets and flooring, whether there are any incentives to buy, what kind of local amenities there are etc.

Topic: 10 Advantages to Buying A Brand New Home Over A Used One
Summary: A list article offering 10 reasons why new homes are better than used homes e.g. help to buy schemes, improved energy efficiency, a warranty that covers stuff that goes wrong, no horrible décor to change etc.

Topic: How to Master the Art Of House Hunting
Summary: Essential tips for house hunting, for example doing some detective work online about the area and the kinds of homes that are available before you even think about looking at a house in the physical world.

I hope your reply is in the positive, so your readers get the opportunity to benefit from what I have to say.
