what shall I do if my agent did an inspection without any early notice? and what’s worse, when he arrived, he just come inside without pressing bell. After inspection, no one made any apology or explanation.
I just wonder what kind of law is involved? and what kind of organization can help me?

By law the agent has to give you at least a 24-hour notice (in VIC) in writing before they are allowed to come for an inspection.
