I especially found the findings on ceiling heights very interesting. My own house has an 8-foot ceiling and I do find myself creatively trapped at times when I'm inside my home office working. So I often have to step outside to come up with new creative ideas. Thanks for sharing that article.

Also, loved the house valuation technique. I'm going to use it in the future, along with asking how long the property was on the market and whether any offers were rejected by the vendor. These should help me negotiate for a good deal. Thanks for these gems!</description>
