home buyer and property investor show

If you’re looking for a home in Brisbane, or even just thinking about buying one, whatever you do – don’t miss this show.

I always complain very loudly about the lack of education for first home buyers. More often than not inexperienced people, literally blindfolded by lack of knowledge,  walk straight into complicated real estate transactions, and all they can do at that stage is just hope for the best. Would you want to be in this situation, while making the biggest purchase of your life? Of course not, and now this is your chance to get a lot of information from trusted sources, all in once place, in one day, and for the lucky winners – absolutely free!

The 8th annual Home Buyer & Property Investor Show will be held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre from 1-2 June.

It’s an opportunity for homebuyers and property investors of all levels to gain an understanding of the current property market, track suburb capital and save on mortgages.

This year the Free Seminar Series will feature some very successful and experienced property experts, such as Andrew Winter (Selling Houses Australia),  Effy Zahos (the Editor of Money Magazine), Bruce Holday (Location, Location, Location), Chris Gray (The Renovator on Channel Ten), and more.

Free seminar topics will include:

  • 3 easy ways to cut your home loan interest bill without having to pay a cent more
  • Selling and the reality of the real estate market today
  • How to create $2,500 per week debt free in retirement with property investment?
  • Identifying future real estate hotspots
  • The smart way to invest in property using your superannuation
  • Investing in property? Do it yourself or outsource to the experts?
  • Effective Property Investing in 2013 and Beyond
  • Where to find positive cashflow and growth in 2013/2014
  • A close look at the tricks and traps of investing in property
  • Using your mortgage as a tool for creating wealth

( See a full list of speakers and topics on the event website www.homebuyershow.com.au)

There will be also over 60 companies, including banks and non-bank lenders, developers, insurance companies, real-estate agents, valuers and many more.

Tickets cost $13 online and $18 at the door – but here’s how to get yours free:

Leave a comment on this post, or on our Facebook page, and tell us in 50 words or less what you would like to know about buying a house, or an investment property. 10 first comments on the website and 10 more on Facebook will get free tickets for them and their partner to attend Home Buyer & Property Investor Show 2013.

I want to learn from Property Owners, Investors and Managers, plus Trusted Advisors (Accountants, Finance Brokers/Institutions, Solicitors/Lawyers, etc), plus Building and Property Specialists, Trade Contractors and Suppliers. Especially those willing to participate in our independent ‘Building and Property Industry Prosperity Survey’, being piloted on the Sunshine Coast.

Hope it’s not too late to still get a free ticket. I’d love for someone to walk me through the process of buying a house, what to do first, what’s next, etc. Have been living with my parents saving up for a deposit but now is time to move on.
