Wow, that came as a complete (but pleasant) surprise. I have added a new term to Blogohpedia (Blogaroo = Aussie blogger) and received an invitation to participate in Chapeau Blog Awards 2009. Next thing I know, Homeiown becomes a finalist in the Real Estate and Development industry, without me seducing anyone, I swear
