It is so true, you know how far it is to the nearest residential takeaway spots, or the best closest schools to your area and you can provide the necessary information to a potential home buyer. Not to mention all the wonderful assets of your home, your kitchen, bathroom etc. You do need a little bit of writing ability, not sure if insecure is the right term but I would have to admit some marketing skills help.
